SORM- Super fast Optical Roughness Measurement
SORM is a super fast optical roughness and micro profile measurement system.
It is especially designed for the use in fast production lines, like cold steel mills or similiar applications.
SORM picks up micro profile data via a contactless optical measurement. From these micro profile data a special software can evaluate all major characteristic numbers like Ra, Rz, Peak count, and others.
SORM will fit in any continous production line. A lab system is also available.
